I wish I was moving up and onward in every aspect of my life, but it's okay if I need to take a breath. "Sometimes we need to stand still a moment to keep ourselves from falling backwards." My mother's words ring in my ear.

A lot of things didn't happen this year that should have, and even more terrible things could have happened to me that didn't, so I should consider myself grateful.

We survived 2020!
